Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days / Express Shipping - 1-2 business days

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.

IRON SHEPHERD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
